1. Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products that are used, worn, altered, or without original packaging will not be accepted. Customized orders are strictly non-returnable.
3. Return Process

4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. In case the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be provided.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of returns due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), return shipping will be handled by us.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
